IV Organic® 3-in-1 Plant Guard offers an ALL-NATURAL protection to plants from damaging summer sunburn, winter sunscald & repels most damaging insects & girdling rodents. IV Organic 3-in-1 Plant Guard is an organic & patented alternative that is almost as long-lasting as paint, and OMRI certified for organic gardening, color white. *Colors brown & green pending.

For use on your roses, fruit & nut trees, ornamental trees, shrubs & bulbs. Contents include a base powder and oil vial. The vial contains the following oils: Castor, Cinnamon, Clove, Garlic, Peppermint, Rosemary & Spearmint. When combined, the base ingredients encapsulate the oils offering months of repellent protection to coated surfaces. The base powder also includes diatomaceous earth which also deters many damaging insects.

Depending on the amount of water added, the product may be used as a tree paste (less water), brush-on (fill up the can), or foliar spray (NOTE: a pint can makes up to 5 gallons of foliar spray). Apply the foliar spray for total-plant-protection (leaves, stems & trunk) to reduce transplant shock, improve cloning success rates, curb weather extremes, and repel most damaging pests.

Apply as a brush-on for thicker protection on tree trunk and lower branches to prevent summer sunburn & winter sunscald damage. Also, repel boring pests such as beetles and termites. Repel girdling rodents that gnaw on the tree bark to get to the underlying tree sap. Protect & seal pruned branches from pests & disease. Product dries on porous allowing moisture & nutrients to pass through, offering a healthier wound protection; than latex & tar products that trap moisture and contribute to underlying rot. Apply as tree paste for thicker application to wounds, such as grafting site, holes caused by insects, and small pruned areas.
